Space rentals range from approximately $500.00 to $750.00 per month. Resale homes based on the residents space rent.

What other expenses will I pay per month?

Utilities based on monthly usage, plus trash and sewer. You will be billed on one monthly statement.

Are there any restaurants close by?

Yes, there are several fine restaurants within a 5 mile area.

Are there any medical facilities near the park?

Yes, we have two community hospitals and a university hospital within 3-16 miles away.

May I have pets?

Yes, pets are allowed with permission from management.

Are there any golf courses near by?
